Meditation can help you to get rid of any kind of stress very easily.
 If you are feeling scattered, irritated, confused than you should definitely go with meditation. By meditation here i don't mean here sitting for long hours to go into dyan , i am talking about the simple deep breathing. LIKE a simple triple 444 breathing technique all you need to do is sit comfortably ,keep your back erect and inhale for 4 secs than hold for another 4 secs and than exhale for next 4 secs. Do this for 4-5 times and you will see the change.  



2. Eating Healthy 


Maintaining a right diet is the key for having good physical and mental health. People tend to take high calories and high fat in their diet when they are stressed. 
Taking proper diet not only reduce stress and keep your mood good , it also reduce chronic diseases, make you more productive at your work , control your weight and boosts your energy too.

3. Music and Positive thinking



Music has so much power in reducing stress , good music releases happy hormones. Listen to good music ,don't listen to those sad songs. 
It would be much better we you will learn some musical instrument such as cool stress booster.
Don't underestimate the power of positive thinking , saying positive things to yourself , decor your room with positive and motivating quotes, keep a positive wallpaper in your phone.
